In an effort to celebrate student success and reinforce our MCHS Core Values, MCHS has unveiled the Wave20 incentive program. Our students and staff are amazing and we want to celebrate how awesome they are as much as possible! 

What are our MCHS Core Values? In 2018, our MCHS staff and student body worked together to collectively create six MCHS Core Values that we continue to live by at MCHS: Respect, Responsibility, Positivity, Community, Pride, and Service. We, at MCHS, are in the business of building and cultivating our people, our future. The Wave20 program is one way we will celebrate and recognize these core values among our Greenwaves. 

Wave20 cards will be given out for students demonstrating one of our MCHS Core Values that are easily identifiable during a virtual setting (Respect, Responsibility, Pride, Positivity).  Anytime a student exhibits one of those four values, teachers will reinforce those positive behaviors by recognizing them with specific feedback and giving them a Wave 20 card.

Each week, during Friday morning announcements, Mrs. Schmidt will do 4 drawings.  One from each of the four core values. The person drawn from each will receive a $20 Amazon gift card. Mrs. Schmidt will also be doing a fifth drawing for staff members who are nominated by other staff members.
